My husband, Terry, and I saw a house we liked in a neighborhood we were interested in buying. The house had Raine’s number on the sign so we gave her a call, and were able to see it the next morning. I bought my home through Raine when she was at Keller Williams in Hickory , and she became a friend as well as an agent. I had always rented, so she took time explaining to me what I’d need to do to get financing and decide on a house, and helped me find one I liked. She also took care fo some problems when the bank was being slow on getting the loan done, so I still could move in on time. Mostly, I could trust her and felt like a person not just someone to make money from, and she gave me respect even though I bought a lower price home. Some agents seemed stuck up when they found what I could afford, but she was not. I would especially reccomend her for first time buyers or people looking for a house they can afford.
